This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 80 days caused in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Order dated 13th June, 2022 passed by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Aurangabad in L.A.R. No. 78 of 2013. The applicants are the original claimants and seeking enhancement in the compensation. 2.

The reasons cited in paragraph nos. 2 to 5 of the application make out the sufficient cause to condone the delay. Hence, the following order is passed.
