The order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeals No.10237-38 of 2016 & 10624-10636 of 2013, are not referrable to the petitioner. The claim of the petitioner for grant of freedom fighter's pension has already been turned down by this Court in view of the report of Justice Palkar Commission. The orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, on which reliance is placed by the petitioner, relate to concerned individuals and cannot be made applicable to the petitioner. Petition is devoid of substance.

Hence, petition stands dismissed.
