1] Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.
2] The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.0322/2024, dated 05.11.2024, registered at Dharur Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 118(2), 118(1), 119(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3] This court by order dated 28.11.2024 protected the applicants for the reasons stated in para 4 as under: "4. On perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that primarily allegations are made against other male accused i.e.
2 42 Sudardshan Jagtap and Ravindra Jagtap that they assaulted the complainant by means of iron rod and stick. Applicants are ladies."
4] It is stated that the applicants had co-operated with the investigation.
5] For the reasons stated in the order dated 28.11.2024 granting interim protection to the applicants and the applicants having co-operated with the investigation, the interim protection granted by order dated 28.11.2024 stands confirmed, on the following terms: i] The applicants shall attend the police station as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
ii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court. 6] In the event, the applicants violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 7] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove. 8] The application stands disposed of.
