The applicant has filed the present application for grant of Anticipatory Bail in connection with FIR bearing Crime No. 0139 of 2024, dated 01.07.2024, registered with Police Station Beed (City), Dist. Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and 66(D) of the I. T. Act, 2000.

The earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the applicant, being ABA No. 1370 of 2024, was withdrawn, as this Court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present applicant, vide order dated 21.10.2024.

Looking to the nature of the allegations, wherein it is alleged that a huge amount was transferred to the personal account of the applicant and that even the proposals contain annexures of the applicant's Aadhar Card and PAN Card. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain the present application.
