We have heard Mr. Thoke, the learned advocate for the petitioner. The Ld. Addl. Government Pleader submits that, the issue is with regard to the appointment of Police Patil and the order of the Sub-Divisional Officer and the matter would be within the realm of Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In view of that the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All the contentions of the parties are kept open.
