After hearing the learned Counsel for the respective parties and after having perused the impugned Award, I deem it

ORDER

(i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount along with the interest accrued thereon on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

(ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw further 25% of the deposited amount on submitting Bank Guarantee of any Nationalized Bank or Scheduled Bank to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

(iii) Balance 25% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank till disposal of the appeal. (iv) Civil Applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.
