PER COURT :- 1) Heard. By this application, the applicants have prayed for relaxation of the conditions which were imposed by this Court, vide order 6th October, 2016. Vide the aforesaid order, this Court has permitted the applicants to withdraw 25% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety in the like amount and further 25% amount on furnishing bank guarantee.

2) It appears that while considering the merit in the aforesaid application, the facts involved in the matter were duly considered by this Court and BDV

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD only thereafter the aforesaid order was passed there by permitting the applicants to withdraw 25% amount on solvent surety and 25% amount on bank guarantee. No such ground is made out in the present application so as to relax the aforesaid condition. The civil application is rejected.
