Heard. The learned Advocate for the appellant informs that the matter is settled between the parties. In the execution proceedings, the insurance company has deposited the amount of compensation and the same is withdrawn by the claimants. In view of the same, he has instructions to withdraw the appeal.

In view of the above, the appeal stands disposed off. The appellant shall be entitled to refund of Court fees and statutory deposit made in this Court.
