Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and upon instructions from respondent No. 1, he submits that since there is old pendency, the Stay Application in the present matter would be decided within a period of Eight weeks. We take the said statement as undertaking and dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No. 1 to decide the said petition filed by the petitioner on 22.09.2025 within a period of Eight weeks from today.
