PER COURT :

1) Heard. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner invited our attention to advertisement dated 8th September, 2015 issued by the Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development Department, Amravati and submits that, the proposals were invited so as to accord permission to run the Aashram Schools, which were already closed down. Pursuant to the said advertisement, 19 proposals are received by the said authority. It is submitted that, in case the said advertisement is not taken to its logical end, the deserving and desirous institutions, who have applied to run the Aashram schools, may not be in a position

to run the same from the next academic year and, therefore, the entire process needs to be completed before the ensuing academic year.

2) Learned AGP, appearing for the respondents, on instructions submits that, by the end of 15th May, 2016, the entire process, which is initiated on the basis of the advertisement dated 8th September, 2015, will be completed.

3) In the light of the above statement made by learned AGP, the petition stands disposed of. In view of disposal of the writ petition, the civil application stands disposed of.
