The learned counsel for the respondent upon instructions of the Chief Executive Officer, Shirdi Nagar Panchayat, Shirdi submits that the petitioner is entitled for commutation of pension of Rs. 3,15,436/- and after commutation of pension the monthly pension would be reduced at Rs. 3208/- for fifteen (15) years.

The respondent shall pay the amount towards the commutation of pension to the petitioner within six (06) weeks from today.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
