PER COURT :- 1.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent had appeared before the Labour Court, and based on the address mentioned in the said proceedings, notices in the present petition were issued. However, the respondent has closed its ofÏces at Aurangabad and Pune, and it appears that the respondent has shifted to Mumbai. Thereafter, notices were also issued to the Mumbai Head OfÏce, but the same could not be served. 2.

The learned Counsel further submits that the last known address of the respondent is at Mumbai. Therefore, the applicant seeks permission of this Court to serve the respondent by substituted mode of service, i.e., newspaper publication in Daily Navrashtra / Punya Nagri, Mumbai Edition. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the CA/13140/2025 is allowed. The applicants are permitted to serve the respondents by newspaper publication. The civil application stands disposed of. ( ARUN R. PEDNEKER, J. ) vj gawade/-.
