The applicant, who has been convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhusawal vide judgment and order dated 26th November, 2015, passed in Special (P.O.S.C.O.) Case No. 30/2014 for the offence punishable under Section 8 of P.O.C.S.O. Act, 2012 and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three S.S.DESHPANDE 1 / 2
903.APPLN.6557.15.doc years and to pay fine of Rs.5,000/-, in default to suffer rigorous imprisonment for two months and for offence punishable under Section 506 of Indian Penal Code, sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for six months and to pay fine of Rs.1,000/-, in default to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one week, is praying for suspension of the substantive sentences during the pendency of the appeal and his release on bail.

Considering the short-term sentences awarded to the applicant, the substantive sentences are hereby suspended. Upon deposit of fine amount, if not deposited till this date, the applicant be released on bail, upon his execution of P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.
