Shri. Chillarge, the learned Advocate representing the applicant in Civil Application No.4398/2017 in First Appeal No.690/2016, for seeking intervention, confirms the statement made by the learned Advocate for the appellant that his Suit bearing Regular Civil Suit No.364/2015 has been rejected under Order VII Rule 11(d) of the Civil Procedure Code and the civil application is rendered infructuous. As such, this civil application stands disposed off as being infructuous.

All civil applications seeking modification in the order passed in 2016, by passage of time, are disposed off, as we are listing First Appeal Nos.686/2016, 687/2016, 683/2016, 690/2016 and 685/2016 for a final hearing on 13/01/2022. 3.
