On 26.09.2018 all the Applications filed by the Acquiring Body for condonation of delay were rejected by this Court. Consequently all the concerned First Appeals were disposed of. In the circumstances, at present there is no legal impediment to allow these applications to withdraw the compensation amount deposited in this Court in the respective appeals.

Learned Counsel for the Acquiring Body and learned A.G.P. for the State have no objection if withdrawal of compensation amount is allowed.

Therefore, permission is granted to the respective applicant to withdraw deposited compensation amount in the concerned appeals.

Civil Applications are disposed of.
