DATED : 11th DECEMBER, 2017 PER COURT:- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Judge of the Family Court, Nanded has directed the present petitioner to pay interim maintenance to the respondent wife at the rate of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) p.m. under the provisions of Section 125(1) of Code of Criminal Procedure, however, the petitioner has inadvertently challenged the said order by filing present civil writ petition. In view of above, the petitioner is permitted to covert this civil writ petition into criminal writ petition. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
