In view of the submissions made, following order is passed, -

ORDER

i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount, on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court. The applicant are also permitted to withdraw further 25% amount on furnishing bank guarantee of any nationalized bank of the equal amount;

(2) ii) Balance 25% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized Bank, initially for the period till disposal of the appeal.

iii) The Civil Application for withdrawal of the amount stands disposed of.

Place FA No.2042/2015 along with these matters for final disposal after four weeks.
