We have heard Mr Joshi, learned Counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.P. so also Mr Chintalwar, learned Counsel for respondent No. 2. 2.
Learned A.G.P. and Mr Chintalwar, learned Counsel for respondent No. 2 raised preliminary objection that the petitioner has remedy under Industrial Disputes Act.

In view of that though Mr Joshi, learned Counsel for petitioners sought to canvass the submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy. The contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
