These are the applications by the original claimant nos 2 to 4 seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation after attaining majority. 3.

I have heard both the sides. Admittedly, two of the original claimants have been allowed to withdraw Rs.4,00,000/- in aggregate. Since these applicants have now become major, even they deserves to be paid something.
