The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the LR's of the deceased respondent No.3 opposes this civil application and prays for costs.

For the reasons set out in the application and keeping in view that the petition was admitted in 2002, that this civil application is allowed.

The petitioner shall bring the said LR's on record in the writ khs/Feb.2020/15326-d

- 2 - petition within 3 weeks. The amended copy of the petition paper book shall be supplied to the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the LR's, who waives service of notice in the writ petition. 4.

The appearance of Shri Godhamgaonkar, learned Advocate on behalf of the deceased respondent, stands discharged. 5.

Consequent to the above, civil application No.5527/2018 filed for bringing the LR's of the sole deceased petitioner on record, stands allowed. Amendment to be carried out within 3 weeks. 6.
