Respondent nos.4 and 5 have filed affidavit. Paragraph 7 of the affidavit reads thus:

"I say and submit that, the answering respondent was / is ready and willing to reinstate the petitioner and to submit the necessary proposal including the proposal for salary benefits before the competent authority."

Mr.

Bolkar, learned counsel on instructions submits that respondents would reinstate the petitioner within four weeks and shall submit the proposal including the proposal for salary benefits within a period of two weeks from the date of reinstatement of the petitioner.

The respondents shall reinstate the petitioner commensurate to the work the petitioner would be in a position to discharge.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
