The learned advocate for the petitioners has placed on record a purshis dated 03.02.2023 along with accompanying documents, which are orders of this Court and the learned Tribunal (13 pages). The same are collectively marked as 'X-1' for identification. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that in the light of '

-1' and as a representation is pending and a fresh representation would be tendered by the petitioners to respondent no.3, it is prayed that said representations may be considered in the light of Section 21 of the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education Act, 1997 within a particular time frame. This petition may be disposed of as withdrawn on instructions.

The learned advocate for respondent no.3 submits that the representation of the petitioners would be considered on their own merits. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Needless to state, respondent no.3 would deal with the representations of the petitioners on their own merits and in accordance with the rules / policies and the law applicable, preferably on or before 31.05.2023. 5.

Considering the earlier directions of this Court and the order passed by the learned Administrative Tribunal, which is a part of 'X-1' , the services of the petitioners would be protected till 31.05.2023 or till the date of the order to be passed by respondent no.3, whichever is earlier.
