This application is filed seeking suspension of substantive sentence of imprisonment of one year, awarded to the applicants by the Special Court, Jalna, vide order dated 18/11/2022, in Special Case No.186/2020.

Applicants were on bail during trial and they have not misused the facility of bail. Applicants have deposited fine amount and their sentence is suspended for appeal period by the trial Court. 3.

Application is, therefore, allowed. Substantive sentence of imprisonment of the applicants is hereby suspended. Applicants be released on executing Personal Bond of Rs.15,000/- each, with one surety in the like amount.
