Heard the applications.

The applications are filed seeking condonation of delay of 635 days caused in filing the first appeals challenging the common judgment and award passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmedpur dated 24-10-2013 in LAR Nos.7/2013 to 11/2013.

For the reasons recorded in the applications, this court finds that delay deserves to be condoned.

Learned advocate for the respondent vehemently opposed the applications.

However, in view of reasons assigned, the applications stand allowed. The delay stands condoned. 6.

It is submitted that though the stay is granted with the direction to deposit the amount by order dated 21-04-2017, till now the applicants have not deposited the amount. 7.

Learned AGP to verify the same and if amount is not deposited, same shall be deposited within eight weeks from today without fail. If the amount is not deposited within eight weeks, the stay granted by order dated 21-04-2017 shall stand vacated without further reference to the court. [KISHORE C. SANT, J.] VishalK/13ca17005.15
