It is stated that the notices issued to them on the given address before both the Court below has been returned unserved stating that they are not available at the said address. It was the last known address of respondent Nos.5 and 9. The record supports the contention of the applicants and therefore, issue notice under Order 5 Rule 20 of CPC to respondent Nos.5 and 9. The said notice be published in newspaper Lokmat, Osmanabad Edition, on payment of necessary charges by the applicant. Civil Application is disposed of. Notices are returnable on 08.04.2019.
