1] None present for the applicants.

2] The present civil application is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Shripad Hariba Prayag by condoning the delay of 182 days in filing the present civil application.

3] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the application for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased Shripad was wrongly filed in different first appeal, therefore, some delay is caused in filing the present civil application. The learned counsel for the applicants states

13867.23CA that considering the said fact, the present civil application may be allowed.

4] For the reasons stated in the civil application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.

5] The applicants are permitted to carry out necessary amendment within four weeks.
