Learned counsel for both the sides are present. The learned for original complainant, respondent No.5 submits that he will be withdrawing the complaint given against the Advocate.

2) It appears that notice of contempt was issued against respondent No.5 by this Court by

2 CA 15645 of 2016 order dated 2-12-2016. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the proceeding which this Court wants to start against respondent No.5 is dropped. Respondent No.5, Lalasaheb Rajesaheb Shaikh is present in Court in person. Respondent No.5 tenders apology. The apology is accepted. The proceeding is dropped. Civil Application No.15645/2016 is disposed of as withdrawn.
