PER COURT :- 1] The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that, compliance regarding submission of certain documents and formalities remained to be done on the part of the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that, the entire compliance of formalities will be completed on the part of the petitioner within two weeks from today.

2] In case such compliance is made by the petitioner, respondent No.2 shall forward the family pension proposal of the petitioner to the respondent No.3 within 4 weeks of such compliance by the petitioner. Respondent No.3 shall consider the said proposal and take decision within 8 weeks from receiving the proposal from the respondent No.2.
