Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the appeal filed by the petitioner against rejection of his furlough leave is pending before the D.I.G. (Prisons), Aurangabad Region since 26th June 2023 and he prays for directions to the said authority to decide his appeal within the time bound period. 2.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the respondents submits that, within a period of six weeks the respondent No.3, appellate authority will decide the appeal, if not already decided. 3.
