Heard learned advocates appearing for respective parties. 2.

Applicants seek to condone delay of 657 and 682 days caused in filing appeals against judgment and award passed by the Reference Court under provisions of Land Acquisition Act. 3.

Perused the applications and reasons as stated therein. It appears that delay is occasioned on account of administrative exigencies and procedural aspects that require to be followed by applicants. No malafides are discernible in making delay. The applicants have not derived any advantage by making such delay. Contents of civil applications are not controverted by respondent. In that view of matter, case is made out to condone the delay.

Hence, civil applications are allowed. Delay of 657 and 682 days caused in filing appeals is condoned. Appeals be registered, subject to removal of office objections.
