Leaned counsel for the applicant points out the reasons as are appearing in the civil application and requests for grant of further period of eight weeks to deposit the amount as directed under order dtd. 20.10.2016.

Learned counsel for the respondents opposes submitting that the applicants do not have serious desire to comply with the order since the interim relief is operating in their favour.

However, I deem it expedient to indulge into the request being made for extension of period to deposit the amount as directed under order dtd. 20.10.2016.
