AGP for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 : Mr. S.W. Munde. Advocate for Respondent No. 5 : Mr. A.S. More. CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.

Dated : 03.04.2019 PER COURT :

1.

The learned advocate for the petitioners fairly states that after these petitions were filed for challenging the impugned orders passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Nashik, remitting the matter to the District Registrar under the Money Lenders Act, the said proceedings were conducted before the said authority during the pendency of these petitions and now have been reserved for judgment/passing orders.

2.

In view of the above, both these petitions are disposed off with the observation that any of the parties, aggrieved pursuant to the orders passed by the District Registrar, would be at liberty to raise all

03WP13881.17 grounds and the disposal of these two petitions would not be an impediment.
