The prayer made by the petitioner for quashing the proceedings pending before the Hon'ble Minister, being Revision No.860 of 2016, does not deserve to be considered. It would be open for the petitioner to raise his contention before the Hon'ble Minister before whom the Revision is being proceeded. However, considering the facts and circumstances of this case, we are of the view that interest of justice would be met in granting limited protection to the petitioner. In the event of passing of any order adverse to the interest of the petitioner in the
