Mr. Wani, the learned advocate submits that the petitioner had submitted objection to the seniority list with Respondent No. 2, the same is not yet decided.

( 2 ) wp 14549.17 No. 1 and 2 and states that the objection will be dealt with in accordance with law, if it is pending.

The Education Officer shall decide the objection (Exhibit 'C') raised by the petitioner to the seniority list, if, pending in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from today, after hearing all parties is concern.
