The petition is filed for giving direction to respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to take decision on the bill of salary in respect of the petitioner. It appears that the reason given for not granting bill of salary is that the funds are not available.

In our opinion, the decision on the bill of salary needs to be taken by the authorities and the salary needs to be disbursed to the petitioner. This shall be done by the concerned authority within a period

wp12090-2016 of one month. With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
