This is an application moved by the claimants to withdraw the amount deposited in this court by the acquiring body. 2.

Entitlement of the applicants cannot be said to be any longer in dispute in view of withdrawal of the matter by the appellant / acquiring body.

3.

In the circumstances, applicants would be legitimately able to withdraw the amount deposited in this court, pursuant to their claim as accepted by the acquiring body.

4.

As such, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and is disposed of.
