The application is filed for early hearing of the appeal. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the appeal is admitted in the year 2008 and ad interim relief is running against the appellants, despite having decree in their favour. 3.

However, so many old matters are already pending in this Court and currently the Court is dealing with Second Appeals of 1993, which are already pending long back. There are so many matters like this proceeding, which are older
