ORDER

1) Not on board. Taken on board.

2) Parties to the proceedings are present before the Panel accompanied by their respective Counsel. 3) The appellant had filed the appeal seeking enhancement in the amount of compensation. Now, it is agreed between the parties that the amount of compensation will be enhanced by Rs.1,50,000/-. The terms of compromise are reduced in writing and are signed by the parties. The same are taken on record.

-24) In view of the above, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) The appellant-claimant is held entitled for the enhanced compensation of Rs.1,50,000/- as agreed between the parties. The said amount is inclusive of interest and shall be paid by way of full and final settlement.

II) The aforesaid amount be paid by the Insurance Company to the claimant within four weeks from the date of receipt of Award of the Lok Adalat.

III) Matter is settled in view of the aforesaid terms.

IV) Award be prepared accordingly.

V) The appellant is entitled for the refund of Court fees in accordance with law.
