The Applicant, by this Miscellaneous Civil Application, has invoked Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for seeking a transfer of the proceedings in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.99/2017 pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Washi, District Thane to the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hadgaon, District Nanded.
Considering Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure and Section 407(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the Applicant can move a criminal miscellaneous application before the concerned Court for seeking such transfer.
The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits, on
