Since the amounts are small amounts and the claimants are injured persons, who received injury in the accident, this Court is inclined to allow these applications.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw entire amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.

The civil applications are accordingly allowed and are disposed off.

CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR STAY 01.

Since the amount is already deposited in this Court, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award till disposal of the appeal. The civil applications are accordingly allowed and are disposed off.

CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR CONDONATION OF DELAY 01.

These applications are filed for condonation of delay of 95 days caused in filing the appeals. Heard learned Advocates for the applicants and respondent Nos. 1 to 3.
