Considering the law laid down in Jagpal Singh & Ors. Vs. State of Punjab & Ors., (2011) 11 Supreme Court Cases 396, we would not issue any Writ of Mandamus to any Authority for regularization of encroachment on Gairan land. The Petitioners are at liberty to pursue their demand with the appropriate Authorities.
