We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Dhongade, learned counsel for respondents.

It is submitted that the pension proposal of the petitioner is pending consideration and is under process. The delay caused is due to the additional time taken in audit process associated with the award of pension in case of voluntary retirement of the petitioner.

Considering the above, respondents shall conclude the process within a period of three (03) months. The respondents shall consider that the petitioner claims to be 85% disabled.
