Learned Advocate for respondent No. 4 in the present application, who is the original Contemner No. 4 is present. He was served with a format notice. Thereafter, by order dated 25.10.2024 he was directed to give PR bond of Rs. 5,000/-, but he has not given the same. The matter was thereafter, listed on board dated 21.11.2024. Applicant could have given PR bond,

ca12697.24 call papers but still the present applicant has not given the same and therefore non bailable warrant was issued against him. 3.

By tendering un-conditional apology, the applicant who is present before this Court seeks cancellation of the non bailable warrant. He is ready to furnish PR bond as directed by this Court, today itself. It is to be noted that there was sufficient time available to the present applicant to furnish the bond.

Under such circumstances, as he has tendered unconditional apology, the non bailable warrant issued against applicant (original respondent No. 4 in the Contempt Petition No. 654 of 2024) has been cancelled subject to deposit of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand Only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Sub Committee, Aurangabad and on furnishing of PR bond as directed by order dated 25.10.2024. 5.

The Civil Application stands disposed of.
