Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Advocate for the appellant-acquiring body vehemently opposes the application.

However, considering that the applicant has lost her both legs and she would not be able to walk on her own for entire life. She requires

Considering this position, the applicant No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount with accrued interest on giving usual undertaking.

The remaining 50% of the amount be deposited in fixed deposit of any nationalized bank till disposal of the appeal. 6.

The quarterly interest accrued on the fixed deposit shall be credited to the account of her husband through whom the application is filed.

7.

The usual undertaking be accepted on the next kin of the applicant.

8.

Application stands disposed off.
