Though respondent no.3 is served, none appears for respondent no.3.

Mr Patil, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is forwarded on 5th December 2016 to the respondent no.3, however, the respondent no.3 has not taken any decision upon it as yet. Respondent-institution, where the petitioner is appointed, is a minority institution.

Considering the fact that the proposal forwarded by the institution seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is still pending, we pass the following order. 4.

Respondent no.3 shall decide the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak (Exh.'G' Page-26)

W.P.13889/2017 (1017) on its own merits, in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within four weeks.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
