The petitioner is widow of the employee passed away in harness. He could not submit the validity of his tribe claim. 3.

In view of the legal position to have now been settled vide order dated 01.10.2021 passed this Court in Writ Petition No.4624 of 2021 (Kamlabai w/o. Shaphadu Salve Vs.
