Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record being legal heirs of sole appellant - claimant Ramnath Bapurao Bujare who admittedly died on 15.10.2012, by condoning the delay of 3621 days. Though there is strong objection from other side, but considering the fact that these applicants were not having any knowledge of pendency of the appeal filed by the deceased and also considering their right to sue, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). The amendment be carried out within the stipulated period. 2.

The application stands disposed of.
