It appears that the petitioners who are the accused in Special Case No.75 of 2022, are seeking direction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Hingoli, who is conducting the appeal of aforesaid case that he should dispose the case as early as possible. However, on the copies of Rozanamas produced on record, it clearly appears that the case is fixed for framing charge and only because of absence of petitioners / accused, charge could not be framed.
