The validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee.

In earlier writ petition this Court had already directed the Committee to decide the proceeding within six months. The committee shall abide by the said stipulation.

Till the validation proceedings are decided, respondents shall not refrain the petitioner from appearing for examination and declaring his result and prosecuting his studies for the next year, if the petitioner is otherwise

(2) 59-wp-13723-2019 eligible only on the ground that the fees is not paid and validation proceeding is pending.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
