Learned counsel for the applicants tendered the present application mentioning that respondent No.2 i.e. Kamlakar Venkat Devakare, is no more and he died on 29.07.2014. The death certificate to that effect is also produced on record, which confirms the death of respondent No.2. The said application as well as death certificate is taken on record. 2.

In view of the same, the present application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). The appeal stands abated against original respondent No.2 - Kamlakar Venkat Devakare.
